Promoter’s charter

This account is reserved for you if you are:

• the media (radio – television – web site – blog – written press)
• a concert organiser
• a music festival
• a concert hall

By registering as a promoter on Yakamusic you undertake to :

1. Take a position on the artists that reach 25% of the amount needed

(i.e. 12,500€ for an album and 3,750€ for a single)

Taking a position means listening to the artists and, if the artist has convinced you, placing your logo on that artist’s page.
This does not stop you taking a position on any other artists (that have not yet reached 25% of the objective) that you like in order to encourage them and encourage Producers to invest in them.

2. Support the artist whose page you have approved with your logo

The media: by talking about the artist or by broadcasting the approved artist on your media.
A concert organiser: by inviting the approved artist to play on your programme.
A music festival: by inviting the approved artist to play at your festival
A concert hall: by inviting the approved artist to play in your concert hall. 

3. Fulfil your commitments to the artists you have approved
